We welcome and encourage all early career practitioners to join the Cross Academy Association. Whether your are an executive, manager or individual contributor, you are welcome to be a member of the CAA.

 

We do require that your role is one that directly or indirectly supports early career programs (recruiting, onboarding, training) within your organization.
